Jayke brings years of operating room experience across spine, total joints, and trauma to the MedRep Academy curriculum. His frontline work supporting complex orthopedic cases gave him a firsthand understanding of what new reps need to know before they scrub in.
As Director of Education, Jayke leads curriculum development, builds surgeon-facing training tools, and ensures every module reflects current clinical practice. His approach is built on the principle that reps learn best when training mirrors the real procedural environment.

Travis Alston
Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Travis spent years in the medical device space building relationships between surgeons, hospital systems, and industry partners. His experience navigating the business side of orthopedic sales gave him a clear view of the training gaps facing new representatives entering the field.
As Director of Operations, Travis oversees program strategy, institutional partnerships, and credentialing workflows. He is focused on building MedRep Academy into the industry standard for new-hire readiness across all orthopedic subspecialties.
